RENTERS BEWARE. There is often no where to park and your car will be towed. I get off work, park on the curb due to no available spots when i get home, and in the morning I go to move my car and it's gone. Its happened three times. Who can afford to drop $250 everytime theres no where to park?? Good luck calling the office. No one ever answers the phone. They have been saying for over a year they will fix the parking issue. They have done NOTHING. Apartments are infested with roaches. No matter how many times they treat for it. I have spoken with other residents who have the same roach problem. At one point I had bed bugs and called for two months with no response. You would think that would be a priority for them. Nope. I had to call corporate twice about it before anyone called me back. Then to schedule the second treatment the apt was doing NOTHING. The 2nd treatment was weeks overdue so I ended up having to contact the pest control myself to get it scheduled. They seemed shocked at how long it took Bluestone to do anything about it. My dryer broke and it took a ridiculous amount of time to fix it. Trash is always piled up in front of the dumpster. And in the hallways. We have to pay for valet trash yet some nights they dont even come pick it up. Or they say the bag is too heavy when it isnt at all. Run far away. They do not care about their residents. They just collect their money and ignore very valid concerns Leave as many voicemails as you want. They won't ever call you back. I am Just waiting it out until my lease is up at this point.

Update....Abby is gone...what a loss for the Bluestone...(see initial review). Before I fully update, I would like to let you know, I was given an "out" by Corporate, to not face penalty should we need to terminate our lease early (????)I preface this, so I am not condemned for again, voicing concern. (I am taking care of my 76 year old Mother and can't afford to move.Continental Realty increased almost $200 rent upon renewal) My Corporate contact, (who shall remain nameless) claimed "they were 'embarrassed by the conditions, and would making positive changes". However, it has gotten worse. As in every apartment community, there are good and bad. It seems that the good people here are on their own. Management is now non existent since Abby left. Nobody is in the office. We have been instructed by email, that it is " appointment only, but...there is nobody in the office to answer the phone. (Shout out to Brandy who gave us hope this week). No cameras, strange people trying to enter apartments. So many complaints, the Sheriffs office rarely respond, parking is WAY worse as commercial vehicles take needed space. Pool is taken over by non-residents who party and destroy the property..btw, never soap or toilet paper. Animal poo by repeat offenders, dragged along sidewalks and common areas. Trash compactor constantly out of service with a stylish dumpster right out front in its place. I'm speaking for all the good people here that pay good money and want peace. Do something! When will YOU honor YOUR Lease terms???? Abby is doing a great job trying to fix many issues left from other not so great Managers. She has a lot on her plate and needs more support from the Corporate team that seems to be out of touch with resident needs. The new and improved maintenance team does a great job. Mike, Andrew and Marvin are great. They try their best to respond and when they do, its with care and a smile. There are many things that still need attention here but overall, it has improved with Abbys care. She should be on the Corporate team. Things would get done without a doubt but, we need her here to continue making improvements. Abby is good stuff.

Trash on the ground near the dumpster every night. The compactor has been broken for months. Trash blows all over the neighborhood. The breezeways are never cleaned. The office never answers the phone. The turnover in the office contributes to no one knowing who you are.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Ongoing mold issues, pests, violent neighbors, cops are always showing up for domestic issues. The staff and management do not care about any of their tenants. They REFUSE to answer the phone. Moved out in June 2022 due to on going mold that no one was taking care of. Then they charged us 8 days of rent in July 2022 out of our security deposit?!! They lie, steal, and make you live in disgusting units. Don’t waste a dollar on this community. There are far better options in Bluffton.

You have a washer and dryer, dishwasher and all of the bathrooms are full baths. if you get a three bedroom you have two bedrooms that have ensuite bathrooms. If you get a two bedroom you have two full baths with one master bedroom. They have a great gym and two pools. There is a business center and a really nice lounge with Starbucks coffee. It's a little pricey here but totally worth it because it's very safe. Some of the complexes are a little iffy but not this one. I highly recommend it if you're looking for quality

They go by the third number for the floor. They are 3 floor

How many plug outlets are in the bedrooms.? because I have 3 electronics that I wanna charge all at the same time please answer this question.
