Was there to visit a friend it's very clean small maybe 20 trailers spaces enforced five mile an hour speed limit great for single person or older senior couple has a shower room and laundry area they have full-time rental spaces

We just drove up to this place as we were in the area and luckily they had a spot for us. We truly enjoyed our stay. The place is very quiet and very clean. The location right across from the river is beautiful. It’s very close to Cape Disappointment which is a must see.

At the end of our driveway (the entrance to the RV Park) is a magnificent view of the mouth of the Columbia River, Cape Disappointment Lighthouse. It sits on Baker Bay with Ilwaco,Washington. Here are some photos I took from my driveway:

Yes they do. 450 a month without a lease. 350 a month for a one year lease. Both are plus electric.
