Please save your time and money and take your business elsewhere. I had mistakenly registered my daughter for this place once I registered her within 5 mins I sent a email please cancel this registration as it wasn't where we had planned on attending and registered in error. Now... during registration is says you must pay the full amount 365.00 when scheduling. So when it asked for my card info I figured it was to have the info for when they call to schedule you. Wrong... the next morning they charged my card the entire amount she was never called and scheduled for anything. I called and you can't speak to anyone you must leave a message. In my message I explained that I mistakenly registered her for the wrong place and would like a refund if they couldn't get her in as soon as the faith driving school could. The girl that called me back never tried keeping us as customers never gave me a date as to when they could schedule her in cars. Her words from the beginning was I assume you didn't read the terms and conditions or else you would have seen when a pmt is made our refunds or done with a 10% charge. So completely unprofessional and this wasn't like I had her scheduled for her in cars and then canceled. They charged me when she was never scheduled! Then kept $35.00 when they finally refunded me. So beware they will charge you before scheduling you and since the girl never told me how far booked out they are im sure its a month or two wait. Faith driving school in hilliard has been so nice and got my daughter scheduled for her in cars within a week very polite and professional.

One of the driving instructors Jacqueline was trying to be very intimidating to my child. She lacked patience for being an instructor and was just not very good at coaching young children trying their best to meet her standards. My child is very receptive to constructive criticism, but that's not how Jacqueline came across. It was night and day difference with the instructor Ed. He was very encouraging and confirmed my daughter is a great driver and I already knew this because we had been driving since the day she got her permit.
