Absolutely the best service I've ever had at a furniture rental facility! DEVIN (the manager) was so professional, pleasant and accommodating when it came to the entire process. He truly deserves a badge of honor. Devin went out of his way to help my mother and I with a rental on a Saturday afternoon. Although the store was closing soon and there was a storm heading our direction, he ensured that the process would be seamless and the delivery on time. Although, it started to rain, he kept his promise... and all while having a smile on his face and positive attitude. Devin went beyond the call of duty and my family appreciates it so much! There are not too many people that would have been able to pull the process off in such a short amount of time. Devin needs a promotion ASAP! I hope this review makes it to the corporate office because you have one amazing manager at Rent King in Lake Wales!!! Thank you again Devin for taking care of our abrupt rental needs on Saturday. I will personally be back in the fall for more.
