NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! THE GUYS CAME OUT TO DELIVER MY COUCHES AND WANTED TO TAKE THEM OUT OF THE PLASTIC IN THE RAIN TO BRING THEM INSIDE MY HOME. I REFUSED TO HAVE MY BRAND NEW COUCHES IN THE RAIN AND ASKED IF THEY CAN BRING THEM IN THE BACK DOOR (FRENCH DOORS) AND THEY REFUSED SAYING WE WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. THEY LEFT AND WE CALLED BADCOCK AND WAS PROMISED THEY WOULD BE BACK OUT THE SAME DAY. THEY NEVER SHOWED. I CALLED NEXT MORNING AND WAS TOLD WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TILL SATURDAY.

Go and talk face to face. Please understand the way to get someone to help you is letting them know that you know what things should done. Not by yelling. The person you talk to is not the one who didn't fix or try to fix your dresser.
