Be prepared to be gaslighted by their administrative staff! They will claim they have a "live" view of your insurance and try to get you to pay your entire deductible up front. Then be prepared to be publicly shamed as they will yell across a full waiting room to see if you would like to make a payment on your account. And don't be 1 day late on a payment, no phone call, no email, just refunded my payment and sent me to collections.

Two doctors and my physical therapist suggested I see the hand clinic because they were concerned I have some nerve restrictions coming from my elbow to my wrist. I was referred here and was seen by a nurse. She didn’t even consider or look at the nerve restriction issues. She suggested my hand needs to be rested. The problem isn’t coming from my hand. I give it 2 stars because she has a pleasant demeanor. But she’s not a doctor and is a waste of time and money. I had to see another orthopedic doctor who immediately figured out the problem and behold I need surgery because of a nerve impingement just as the pt and doctors suggested. If you visit here go get a 2nd opinion. And if you see the nurse - save yourself time and money and just walk out. She is seriously misinformed and can cause you a life of physical damage. They should NOT be allowing her to work there because she clearly isn’t capable of seeing medical problems and referring to a doctor.

I broke my hand, the doctor suggested surgery immediately saying I need it or I won’t have full function of my hand. I felt pressured and the nurses immediately came in and asked for my schedule and when to schedule the surgery. I told them I’d like to get another opinion in which they seemed shocked. I then sent my X-rays to multiple doctors around Ohio and all said no surgery is needed. I went to Ohio Health to review and they said no surgery is needed. Fast forward 3 months I’m 100% back to normal, my functions are just like they were before. I strongly suggest avoiding this practice.

I booked an appointment with an Orthopedic Specialist and it took 6 weeks to get the appointment. I was told that was the earliest available date. When I showed up at the date & time, I was told to see his nurse practitioner. I was never told at the time of booking appointment or during check-in which I did in advance that I will not see the specialist and instead see the nurse practitioner. Also the fact that I had to wait 6 weeks to get this appointment to see a nurse practitioner was extremely disappointing and I felt cheated.
