Until Memorial Day, it's only on during the weekends, I believe from 10a-7p. After Memorial Day, it's everyday from 10a-8p for the summer. These hours also apply to Luken Park and Vernon Street Square.

The park is closed one hour after sunset, and they usually run their irrigation at night. I would advise against it.
