Called and spoke to a gentleman about the apartments and he was very nice answered all my questions but you have to apply and be put on a waiting list... can't say anything about the location because I only see it from the websites.

You have to go to 100 Terrance Ave. The middle building. There's an office on the 1st floor.
It's low income housing only. You have to go to Hempstead Housing to fill out a application and it is a long wait. I don't know if any Apts are available. They are all Sec 8.
