During an unexpected turn of events during the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic I fell behind in my rental payments and my rent began to back up on me. I spoke with Jacinia from the rental office she let me know all about the rental assistance program for tenants in Long Island that have fallen behind with there rent payments. I was very hesitant with putting in an application for assistance with the program because I thought things like this never happens for me. Jacinia convinced me to apply, not only did she convince me to apply but Jacina also assisted me with filling out the application. Months went by nothing.. I finally started receiving emails stating that different information is still needed I started receiving more emails stating that some documents has still not been received. At times this became very frustrating and I wanted to give up, I then would call Jacinia and let her know what the email said. Jacinia would insure me that if you already sent the documents before just resend them again don't give up. I am glad I listen to her advice and didn't give up. Now after over 9 months with the back and forth my application has finally been approved for the rental assistance program I just want to thank Jacina for helping me out ,I know at times it became very frustrating and you keep saying just keep give them the info they are requesting even if you have to resend it again. . Thank You for all the help, support and assistance that you have given me. If it wasn't for you helping me I would have given up and I would have never gotten the approval. Thank You Again

Okay so I have been living here for 3 years now and it's been decent since covid came I haven't came I had trouble with my rent and Jacinia my representative in the billing department help me out phenomenously she was on top of everything she helped me out with the Long Island housing partnership application and she was just making sure that I was OK me and my family and family and I absolutely recommend her for any of your rental issues or anything like that when it comes to finance she is beyond and above her Work and I could run to her for anything and she will email me back with the quickness she is the best person that I have ever dealt with. Jacinia thank you thank you thank you . You are the best!!!!

I went to enquire about apartment rental for my cousin who came to US for the very first time as a student and this community is not ready to rent an apartment to students who don't have a job, all they care about is just money. The staff was rude. They asked a lot of unnecessary questions and wasn't open to any other options. Giving one star only because that's the least rating option I have available.

Poor material is what you can expect in an apartment. CHEAP and very very poorly made for an apartment over 1500 a month.
