2 physical therapist for the whole facility is unreasonable. When I first got here there was 10 plus physical therapists and I was progressing leaps and bounds in my journey to walk again. Then all the physical therapist left except for two and the supervisor. My progress has receded clearly because of not enough staff and one-on-one assistance. Before they left I had been able to stand on my own and now I can't even do that I can't even do that! You are lucky as a facility to have amazing people work for you however you do not have enough of them to make a difference in individuals lives. Shame on you for putting the dollar bill before your patients well-being.

I wish I can give this place a Zero star. The staff is horrible they don’t ever answer the phone when when they do it’s attitude . My grandma went into this facility because she had hip surgery she needed to heal & now my grandma isn’t mobile … PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES TO THIS PLACE .. My name is Ashley Hardy , My grandma is in this horrible facility & they do not treat their patients with respect. Unorganized. They do not have things in order to make sure their patient is well kept . My grandmother now can’t speak She isn’t mobile anymore. She isn’t eating the right kind of food & when I express the concerns they do nothing about it. Just a few months ago my grandma was talking and walking now she is not even verbal . Now my grandma is under IV She is not eating. This is a horrible place staff is rude & they refuse to give information as needed I will be removing my grandma ASAP
