you have to apply for NICOP for child if the child have US passport. then there is no need of visa or paksitani passport to travel to pakistan. If you want to renew your passport , just apply online, and you will receive your passport by mail or pick up service by consulate of NY.

Its Tricky so make sure the resolution matches when you are doing your fingerprints online. If the resolution is bigger than allowed it won't accept it.

Walekum salam. Sir there are 2 options in your case to travel back to Pakistan. First is that you can get visa on ur us passport or second you can use your NICOP to enter Pakistan on US passport with visa free entry. Meaning no visa needed if you have a valid NICOP with your valid US passport.

They may need medical documents to verify the person's health conditions. They also would need a person's authorization, in a form of notarized letter. Licensed medical practitioner's ( doctor ) letter stating that the patient is not healthy enough to travel. A close relative of the person can only aquire the passport. Close relative will need the government issue documents, e.g NICOP, state ID, proof of relationship with the relative. Even though all required documents provided, it may face some challenges. They might wave the fingerprint because it may still be in the system if the previous passport was MRP. Good luck ! You may call the embassy for more info.

To renew your NIC or NICOP you gonna need to fill out the form. Form is available at the consulate's NY base website. Print the form, fill out the form, make a copy of your old/expired NICOP and the first 4 pages of your current/expired passport. Go to the main window and apply for the renewal of your NICOP. You can pay for it from your debit card or a money order. It may take about a month to 2 months for them to send it to you via DHL. As I know, When you have GC, you must come back USA, within 180 Days Total. And your Total Stay Out of USA will be Detucted in Case of your Citizenship Required Living in USA. So Keep this in your Mind also.
