Never been to Pakistan but trying to get there for visit, l called Washington DC office fir questions regarding app and they were not helpful, very abrupt, told me call new your consulate. Im confused Washington is closer to me, (Delaware)but he says new york...cant get to speak with anyone. Im baffled what to do and where to send my application to.
