I got US citizenship and received US passport. I have valid pakistani pasport also which will expire next year, do I need get visa to travel pakistan?. My pakistani ID card expired, and I did apply for NICOP also but did not receive yet.

As long as you have a valid dual citizen passport you will be fine and no visa require. However I believe it's also neccessary to obtain a pakistan Id when you travel there. Which you already requested.
