I am sad that this business was driven away from downtown by the lawless violence. I had taken a new watch that I ordered from Tourneau to the Downtown Portland store in 2019. They adjusted the wrist band professionally and courteously. I will miss the convenience of having them nearby. This is an update: I recently had scratches removed from a watch (at their new location) and they did an awesome job. They are great and I plan to have a new watch sized there soon.

These guys are great, especially Sam Robb. I’ve purchased a few pieces from San and sold him a few as well. He’s helped me size a few watches as well, and he’s always professional and great to chat with. We are lucky to have these guys in our little city.
