Horrible place,every time I drop a resident off,staff very unfriendly and outside smoking always.When resident needs a snack or gets hungry I often hear too bad you have to wait til lunch or dinner to eat.Place is freezing.People that don t even live there are there all hours of the night I am told asking other residents for money or cigerettes.Unsupervised

Why are there no staff there at night, my grandpa david buscemi was unsupervised and had left, the place no one there to tell him to come back or to stop him I called the police by myself all the way in n leroy to get him put back into the home
