I have left numerous of messages on their voice mail and no one never calls you back and I never got to speak to a person during the many times I have called one fine day I did speak with a human being and that person took down my information and said that someone would call me back and no one never did

Yes indeed, in Nassau County there's different departments for different areas I know in my case I had to talk with the management to receive a call back but once you get someone assigned to your case they're really professional and nice people hang in there and good luck 👍
