Jeff is rude and can’t let a customer get a word in before he gets condescending. This might be the worst customer service I have ever received and uncalled for and I actually work customer service and I know how rude customers can be but his is uncalled for honestly. Also he basically said he doesn’t care about the higher ups or w.e it says on the package it’s his way or no way. This place has a low rating for a reason lol.

This is my favorite branch. It’s always clean and the staff is super friendly. I always run into people here who complain about everything but it’s the same people who’ve decided to come on a lunch break or they’re in the middle a rush to something else. A customers lack of time management has nothing to do with the staffing here

This is probably the absolute worst USPS branch I’ve ever been to. The reviews on this place really don’t lie, 1 star is way to generous. Purchased something on ebay and it came damaged. I notified the seller. She put in an insurance claim. I got a letter requesting to bring the damaged item in for inspection. First off, the guy who helped me, absolutely clueless. That cranky old lady that everyone writes about, yeah.. she was there . Yelling and complaining how she didn’t know what it was and to get the oh so great post “ master “ Jeff. Now lets talk about him. Had to wait for him to come out, few minutes goes by and he takes a look at the box, not the damaged item. Basically accused me of being a fraud, claiming USPS didn’t damage it, when I literally have photos of it before delivery. We all know the games USPS play’s, which is why I always ship with UPS, but unfortunately when I purchase things online I don’t always get to choose my shipping carrier. Whats the point of sending inspection papers out just for a post “ master “ to say nope wasn’t us sorry. Not to mention he’s rude and unprofessional. First time coming in here, and most certainly the last. I’ll be sure to let my family and friends to know not to come here.

Honestly this place is the worst. Dosnt even deserve a star but you have to give Atleast one to write a review. The post master “yeses” every customer to death and lies to your face about fixing/handling things as he never does his job. It’s insane that he has not been fired, the post office cries poverty and wants everyone to use them but people like the postmaster Jeff make using the United States postal service a nightmare. I now use UPS because he does not care about lost mail or any issues I or anyone else has, he treats everyone like an inconvenience. Shame on you people!
