The worst customer service ever at Nanuet location. They scheduled the service on a brand new refrigerator and still haven't received any kind of confirmation. I tried calling them to the store at first it would go to the disconnected phone message. When it did go through, sales person on the phone puts directly on hold for at least 30 minutes. Seems they just does't want to help. It is unfortunate I bought multiple appliances from them. Never again.

My husband and I just want to thank Alex for his amazing customer service today. He took an inquire over the phone for us to assist my distant mother with the purchase of a new washer that she desperately needed. We explained some of her concerns and needs and he politely took the time to answer them with us over the phone. With her concerns addressed and the realization that her needs would be met by PC Richard's that couldn't be met by 2 other stores she inquired with through the day, we hopped in the car and within 20 minutes, my husband, our 2 year old and myself were with Alex in person and my mother on FaceTime- (the beauty of technology). She read off the product specks she found online for a washer model she was interested in and within seconds of reading the description, Alex had escorted us in front of the washer before she could finish reading all the details to him. He knew exactly the one she was referencing. With my mother live now with Alex, he personally reassured her as he did myself before our visit that her concerns, questions and needs would be met and had been met. Alex advised he would personally be calling her to set up the delivery date and provided her an expected date of call. What started off with a day of anxiety for my 72 year old mother living the next state away from us, ended with her feeling at ease that Alex took great care of her. He is a very patient and knowledgeable person. Thank you again Alex, we will be back in for our new washer soon too!
