Great store. I went in to buy some bulbs and new outdoor lights for my house. They were so nice and helped me right away. Got my lights and I’m in aww every day when I get home because of them. They made the outside of my house look 10* better. I’ve been to some stores but never one as nice as this. Thanks again Bill and the whole staff.

I ordered 2 fixtures from lites plus on 4/15. One was a flush ceiling light and the other a bathroom vanity light. I was contacted on 4/19 and told that the ceiling light had been discontinued. I went back and ordered a different ceiling light. I received the ceiling light a few days later. I asked about the vanity light and they told they only had paper work /receipt for the ceiling fixture. I brought in a copy of my receipt for the vanity light. The woman behind the counter told me she would check on the order and get back to me. I did not hear back from her so I went back to the store. I was told that they were still waiting to hear back about my vanity light. Fast forward 3 weeks in total and I still do not have a vanity light. I went back to the store and was told again that they had no record of me purchasing a vanity light. I brought my copy of the reciept for the 2nd time and got a full refund as the item had been discontinued. I originally was told that it was the ceiling light that had been discontinued. They do not know what they are doing. **Their stock employee was really nasty to me and it was not addressed with him. I was told this is the way he is with everybody. They need a computerized tracking system. Their paper system is too antiquated and leaves a lot of room for error. The customers are the ones that suffer. I will not be shopping there anymore. Capital lighting in Paramus is more organized and computerized.
