The receptionist don't make sure they clients is being registered correctly today was a terrible and bad experience for me. I got there at 4 exactly, cause I was leaving work , I was told when I make the appointment it was okay. I'm sitting there and sitting after I been sign in soon as I walk-in. The receptionist to speak and told me to sign. I did that 25 minutes later time going they called two guys that came after me. When . One receptionist with braids went and seen the paper so she clearly seen my name up there, before them two. I was the first name on the sheet. But that wasn't the end . While I'm sitting there still waiting to register 35 minutes later I get a text from the radiology on 1230 kings highway in Brooklyn. That I have to reschedule cause o miss my appointment. And that's when I jump up and said very unprofessional. Not one time no one ask or check on me. It was one receptionist that had on grey she was on break at that time but she was the only one concerned. When she came back from her break. Y'all need to train y'all staff better.and the wait is horrible.
