I’m a client and I can’t even get these people on the phone Unprofessional. I don’t know where they get these aids from!! They don’t want to wash their hands after coming from outside and using the bathroom. They don’t want to wear gloves or buy gloves. What happened to the OBRA training!! In the last three months I had at least six aides. Something has to give I have to go to another agency because this one is not it!! All they want to do is Sit down look at TV and be on their phone! Unbelievable!!

Truth they will be on there phone and ignoring your calls one day I call and hear them talking about an aid and sometimes when I call is laughing in the back ground that’s why don’t pic up the phone they chat and laugh sometimes on there phone sometimes I pray god give me a better job and he did and he still have a lot more doors opening for me 🙏🏼

No they don’t trust me I work with them for 1 year they don’t give benifits I swear nothing they give than your paycheck some times they say you didn’t clock in or send time sheet I swear to you it is 1 of the worst company I know but if you work for them you will see what am talking about
