All I can say is WOW. Specifically for Sandra. I work with members for a union, had one that became disabled, and I was blessed to connect with Sandra. WOW! WOW! WOW! Have you ever met someone where you know right away they are in their God given lane? She went FAR ABOVE and beyond to talk to this member and give him love, care, respect, AND helped him to navigate this maze of disability resources...or the lack thereof. CDPAP...you all have a gem in her and keep up doing the tremendous work!

Depends on the mltc most insurance will approve it
It depends greatly on what whomever worker comes to see you decides, likely the least they can legally get away with.

By the way, 40 work hours a week is considered full time position.

Homeattendent agencies are governed by the laws and regulations set by the government as well as specific agency's policies and insurance companies that pay wages to their employees - payroll.
