Home Sweet Harlem is a small gem that is centered in the heart of Harlem right by City College. Its a quaint restaurant with a wait staff who are attentive and very friendly. Matthew was awesome!! We even talked to the owner who is really lovely. I recommend you order extra biscuits with your meal too (they’re made from scratch). I ordered the shrimp, grits, scrambled eggs & Turkey bacon. Delish!

They didn't when I was there but that was suppose to change. The mango/orange juice mix is really good.
During that time yes, but it was really spaced out according to state laws.
