When I first called they said they were booked solid I drive out there and there’s three or more spaces available then all the sudden she has a place available and I sent her pictures of my RV and she replies interesting my Rv look better than 90% of the ones out there I really got a bad feeling about the place as far as friendliness I was getting the feeling it was going to be a very rough place to live

Best management team I've seen in a while. The head manager, Joyce handles the most difficult situations with the utmost diplomacy. She's always looking out for everyone's best interest and saved my hind quarters on more than a few occasions. I'm glad I got to know her and her husband bob, an honorable service veteran, and one of the hardest working disabled veterans I've met. Nothing can keep that guy down.

Stayed there almost a year. It's quiet and basic. Neighbors stay to themselves and most are friendly. Staff are great people and very helpful.
