Very clean and we'll manicured. The lady in the office is very nice. Has laundry, trash pick up, and ice and propane on the premises. A definite place to stay if your in the area.

We are giving this place three stars. Let me start with the positives. You can receive packages. Neighbors are nice. Able to have bikes, toys etc outside. They have a laundry area, we used one single time. Now the negatives. Lawn care not kept up with. Cockroaches all over outside. They are literally running around everywhere on the ground! (And yes they WILL get inside-YUCK) Wasp nest after wasp nest after wasp nests in their trees and all. Train plows through very very often. The speed limit is there but not enforced. People drive through very fast. Sewer smells all the time.
