We have been here 7 months now. And I will be honest. We love it. No it does not have a washer and dryer on the place. But it small and very quiet. I can let my daughters be out side and not worry about the traffic or anything happing to them. The owns are very sweet and honest people. We absolutely love this place. It is by far one of the best we have lived in. And for what they charge a month. You will not find a better place. I want to say thank you so much.

Afterl reading the reviews and seeing/smelling the property i have to say im un impressed and will be taking business elsewhere. Seriously it smells like sewage and its just a bunch of dirt and a gazebo with a bbq pit. No washer and dryer no vending machine no onsite manager loose dogs the list goes on. And a current resident informed me that the water shuts off 1 to 2 times a week for a period of 8-12 hours. For the premium they are asking this place is one I would avoif if at all possible...pretty sky though!!! What a shame.

Worst owners. They kicked out 5 families during the covjd pandemic to refinish the grounds. I wouldn't bother with this place.

Infinite Sage

Had to help friend after three day notice eviction, during a pandemic non the less. Pathetic. Also evicted a nurse just after they got over having contracted covid!?? Front line worker! Shame!
