Hard to connect directly to some departments even when their number is listed. In most cases I go through the main line or contact center. Don't stress yourself about it. Just call the main number and get transferred.

Inexperienced emergency room nurse beware! By the name of MICHELLE JACKSON this nurse is a disgrace sends patient home with a broken hip and tells her to take Tylenol sadly person passed away from an infection in the hip which if this pathetic nurse had seen and admitted earlier would not have happened.AVOID this nurse if you see her .will post more details.

Complain to the human resource department with his name and describe what happens.

Understand that there are many other hospitals you can go to if you had a bad experience at Jacobi Hospital. You can also make a complaint to 311 about it.

If you have a complaint about anyone on staff you should get their name, place a email on their website or try and find the hr department to address your issue(s). No one should feel undeserving in a hospital.
