This is a great location for boaters. It's a small place, 15 camp sites plus some cabins, 6 bathrooms in a single building, a boat launch, and some docks. The office sells ice but not much more. The staff was friendly and kept things running smoothly without being intrusive. The bathrooms were clean and the set up was WAY better than most. Each gender neutral bathroom had a real lockable external door, a toilet, sink, and shower. Our tentsite (#14) was quite large and had plenty of parking space. My only significant complaint is that there's a lot of highway noise, including semi traffic. Maybe that's ok in a camper or RV but in a tent, it's very noticeable.

Everything about the park is great. Why the one star review? Cabin 10 which my family and I stayed at is a death trap. The park told us the cliff behind was tiny and not a big deal for kids. Over 50 ft straight down rocks and into water. How they don't have a fence blows my mind. Will look elsewhere next time for a safer place.

We love Dewolf. The staff is awesome. The new shower/restrooms are kept clean and give you lots of room. The cabins have a fridge and microwave. Nice little sitting area to have morning coffee or breakfast.

I don't have any pictures but they are really basic. Four single beds a fridge and microwave that's about it
Yes if you pay the office. There isn't alot of room.
Thanks. Appreciate the help.
No trails at Dewolf but there is the very nice nature trails at the larger Welesley Island State Park on the Island along with nice playground and swim beach. You'd need to drive there though.
I don't think it has any posting saying no, but i wouldn't think you want to. There are lots of boat traffic there. Best to go to Wellesley Island State Park which had a beach and you can go with a day pass. Dewolf point also allow you in for day pass, no camping necessary. ETA: if you are camping up one of the state parks up there, you do not need to pay for a day pass to enter another state park.
They are driving truck out on it. Don't know exactly but it is very thick this year.
