This is a place I have very find memories of. My husband and I camped there before we had a family. When we had kids we camped there. Since the kids grew up I have not been there fir a long time. Two weeks ago I was there with my son and my grandson. They have redone the buildings and put in a playground for the kids. I was very happy to see the improvements and the park will always have a place in my heart.

Nice campground, but dated except for the bathhouse near the swimming area. Boat launch needs work. Could use some full hook up sites and more electric sites, especially along the river.

This park and camp has to be the cleanest one I have ever been to! I cannot say enough about this place! Even though there were dogs at every campsite around us but not once did I hear any of them barking in the middle of the night. I also love how small the park is. Every campsite is a premium site! There are no words for the sunset we had all three nights. I would recommend this park if you have small kids also. We will definitely be back!
