How many times do you have to mess up someone’s prescription before getting it right? So far 2 incorrect prescriptions in a row!

Called pharmacy at 9:30am to verify my script was ready from a hospital visit the night before. At first pharmacist said, they didn’t receive one for me then it miraculously showed up as we were speaking (Hospital confirmed that the script was sent electronically at 9:15pm the night before). Then I was told they would not be able to get to it for at least 2-3 hrs because “they were too busy with shots this morning.” I completely understand we are in crazy days w covid but it is a pharmacy first not a med clinic. If they want to offer shots, then they should bring in extra help to perform that job not take people away from their primary job of providing medications. Being the only game in town, it is even more inconvenient and something that should be thought through better. On top of it, the pharmacist was not even apologetic about the inconvenience but rather quite rude.

Unprofessional customer service from the pharmacy department. My father, who is an organ donor recipient, went inside to get his 3rd booster shot but was turned away. The reason? Did not have the proper paperwork. He had all required paperwork printed and correctly filled out but the 1st receptionist merely glanced at it without picking it up before turning him away. This time I went inside and talked to a different receptionist and showed her all the required paperwork including his scheduled appointment in order for him to receive his shot, which he did finally. I hate to assume that my father was racially profiled and treated as an outsider, because although he may resemble an immigrant from Mexico, nothing could be further from the truth. Our family is 100% Native American. Ridamndiculous. Do better Clayton.

My parents have used this Kinney's for many years and have always been treated with respect and courtesy. Very nice staff
