Grass Point has a beach, but very small.
Yes to both. There's a sectioned off area to swim with a lifeguard from 10-5ish. But you have to bring your dogs farther down the beach area to allow them to swim.
Does have public beach. Does not allowed on beach but outside the beach on the grass. And theres an area nearby that people push canoes in and you can walk your dog into the water
The park is dog friendly. It does have a small beach to swim at. I'm not sure that the beach is dog friendly.
