I wanted to support companies that attempted to stick around my neighborhood during and after the worst of the pandemic so I came here and bought a great pair of prescription eyeglasses here in October of 2021, less than 1 year ago, for around $450.. the frames were around $275 if I recall and I got "single vision" transition lenses in them. Love them! Told others how much I liked them. Thought I'd be a customer for life! Unfortunately I need to change the prescription so I stopped in to ask what the cost of new lenses would be. I was shocked and frankly appalled when I was told they'd be about $400. Just for the lenses. Are you kidding me? We ALL know you new to make money on transactions but that's ridiculous. So much for establishing any brand loyalty. They obviously do not care about loosing customers at these prices. Shameful.

Jeison helped me replace a screw for a pair of glasses that's been broken for over a year. He was super hospitable, fast and kind. I always enjoyed going to See Eyewear in SF and was pleased to experience that same level of customer service across the coast.
