This agency is the worst agency. The coordinators are rude and don't know how to talk to people. They hang up the phone on you when your speaking to them. When you call to speak to someone to make an complaint nobody gets back to you and the issue isn't resolved. I def wouldn't recommend anyone working with this company!!!!! They talk to you like you are sh*t !!!

Hi Evelyn, the PCA certification course (1 week) is currently only offered in English. The orientation to work for Community Home Care is offered both in English and Spanish although maybe at a different office location. Hope that helps!
