I have my own boat so I'm not sure on costs I know the state park had fishing boats as mentioned plus a few deck boats for rent as well. I highly recommend renting a boat and getting out there, there is no better way to see and enjoy the islands than on your own boat. One word of caution, the state park is right next to the border line between USA and Canada... if you cross the line in your boat, you are required to have a passport or enhanced license on you if you're over 12 years old. You do not have to report to customs as long as you don't dock, but you must have the id on you if you're pulled over and asked for it. To be clear, you don't need to cross the border line, just be aware of where it is if you don't have a passport as the line is very close to the marina there. Also, I know you are encouraged to make a reservation ahead of time. Just call the marina. One thought... if new or unsure of handling a boat, this may not be best place to start. Waters here can be tricky!

We were there two weeks ago and only one section of the campground was still open. Only a small sign posted at the entrance. Most things were closed for the season, bit thankfully the laundry room was still open. Call before you go because they are not open all year for camping.

Yes we have a large pavilion that holds 12, 8ft picnic tables. Tables can seat 72-96 people. Covered area is approximately 50x75 and tables can be removed depending on event plans.

There is a boat launch at the park. The jet ski will need normal NY state registration like any other boat.

Call them and ask. I believe you can take golf carts etc. We've seen them a lot and have been camping there for years

Usually the lifeguards are setup the week schools end. The beach is closed til then.But best to call the park.:)

There are signs to the store. You can also ask for a map upon arrival at the guest center where you would go to check in. The pavilion is a nice building and the signs would say to the store if I remember correctly.

There is parking near the marina for trailers

They at least have fire pits with a cooking grate and I think also normal grills like at a park.

Your phone will most definitely have service but you want to make sure you're not beaming your signal off of the cell towers in Canada. You will get charged. Be sure to go in your settings and turn off "data roaming" if you do not have international service included in your phone plan. You should have service in most of the state park. I don't always get internet, especially along the water, but I never have trouble making calls. Texts may lag when they are sent or received.

Go to their website and click Camping Reservation. Fill in the date and length of stay for the reservation. Scroll down to the Narrow Results section of the reservation page, and select Cabins or lodgings from the Looking for drop-down list. Click Apply Filter. If cabins are available, they will display in the search results with an A on the dates the cabin is available. R means the cabin is reserved. Click the A to make a reservation.
