This facility was nice for camping and the staff was great. Lots to do and not too far from the Hudson River and all the town's to visit in the Valley. We had site #4 just behind the office and it was sufficient size, but shared a drive with the neighboring site. So we had to pull our vehicle in pretty tight to the fire ring to allow the neighbors into their site. And they had to park on the far side of theirs against a tree to allow us passage out. Not ideal. Furthermore, our neighbors were with another group in site 3 with us stuck in between them. They were all courteous and there was no issue but why not pair them up so they didn't have to walk through or around our site to spend time together? At about 9pm a huge 38 ft RV pulled into our small loop designed for tents and had to negotiate a sharp turn to get into their site. The whole thing took about 45 minutes and lots of yelling and back up beepers to finally get settled. Also, the wood sold at the office was too fresh and didn't burn well. Overall a decent campground just feel like the logistics are not well thought out.

This was a two-night gem to find during our travels through New England! We had to make a last-minute change as the CG we had planned to stay at about two hours north (Mt. Greylock in MA) was just not acceptable. Registration and check-in was fast and friendly. There are lots of amenities for all -- including a wine bar with a nice deck! Overall seemed to be a nicely maintained and cared-for campground. Our site (#100) was an easy, level, pull-through gravel site just off the paved road that could have accommodated any big rig and toad. Only downside is that, despite being maybe two miles from I-87 as the crow flies, it's nine miles to the nearest Interstate (I-87 or I-84) on-ramp traveling two-lane country roads. Still, we enjoyed our stay, visiting Hyde Park and the dining at some local places. We look forward to staying again when we return to the area.

Only stayed one night. Excellent cable service, haven't tried the wifi yet, but got 48 channels. Beautiful koa park, but way out of town, lol. We stayed here in 2015 and actually in the same place. We would come again. Only difficulty was manuevering our big rig towing into this spot. Had to disconnect.

Stayed here in one of the cabins at lot number K095 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The camp staff was very kind and helpful and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed during our two day stay. The location is great and the little KOA store on the premises has pretty much all of the supplies and nick knacks you could really ever need. They also have a nice little dog park where you can let them run around and get some energy out. Would definitely recommend staying here and we'll be back ourselves.

The cabins by pond have a double bed and a set of bunk beds. Never stayed in them but have been inside them. They are really nice inside. Been going to this campground for over 20 years and love it.
