The studios are closed for the season so you'll probably have more luck calling the corporate customer service number.
They are awful. They are currently trying to scam me out of $200 for pictures I NEVER ordered.
From my knowledge they do not accept walk ins...they are always booked. Id advise to get an appointment asap
