We have been waiting for a month for a MRI appointment. No response from the office and placed on hold for hours. They said that insurance declined the request whereas the request was never placed. Please check other places for better care, service and response.

I have a complicated issue with a shattered elbow and subsequent hand issues. Dr. Mowbray is in contact with Dr. Titleman as they work to help me regain function, and Casey, the medical assistant, is very responsive and supportive. Dr. Mowbray also takes his time to discuss the situation and options, so you don’t feel like he is rushing you in order to see the next patient.

ALWAYS a professional, friendly and positive experience at Resurgens. Dr Kowalchuk, her assistants and the xray team are knowledgeable and efficient; great front desk associates too. Dr K is very thorough, showing and explaining x-rays and procedures. She answers all my questions in a way I as a layman understand. And if I have more questions her Asst Elizabeth promptly replies to calls and patient portal inquiries. I can consistently give them all 10++, A++ and plenty of gold 🌟's!!
