Established myself as a new patient around a year before I started trying to get pregnant. Now im 30 weeks along and have nothing but great experience. Scheduling is so easy, someone always picks up and answers any issues or questions. If I leave a non emergent message after hours, I get a call back the next day. When I call in or sent a message on the portal in the morning, I get a response back in a couple hours. Providers take their time with you and are so accomodating to answer all questions and concerns. Meredith is a rockstar! Tia is also super helpful with filing my fmla paperwork. The office manager is quick to call regarding any little problem. Ive also never had any issues with billing or insurance - you really have to know your own medical plan in and out - it really is patient responsibility to do this type of research. Again, thank you team!!!
