I have stayed in hotels every other week for my work for the last 8 years and this hotel is the worst one I have ever stayed at. The rooms have not been updated in 20 years. The carpet in the hallways looks like it’s had Covid a few times it’s self. No hotel breakfast qualifies as good but this one isn’t even considered food. The social they have on Wednesday consists of microwave meatballs. The outside area is nasty. First room I checked into was 80 degrees. The appliances don’t even match. Seems like plenty of foot traffic so this is a case of a very very greedy owner refusing to put money back into there investment. Not only will I never stay here again, I may not stay at any Hilton properties if they allow this to happen.

This hotel has ceiling fans!!!!! That’s just one part of how the hotel makes you feel at home. The desk staff are great and welcoming, the kitchen is totally functional, the beds are comfy, and there are even grills for you to use in the courtyard. Speaking of which, if you can call ahead to get a courtyard-facing room, do. The traffic noise from I-40 can be a bit much. While the carpets are a little worn in the public spaces, the room was spotless and the breakfast was better than the average hotel fare. Highly recommend this place if you want to relax and recharge!

The hotel is very dated and dirty. The bathtub fixtures, bathroom and kitchen were all lined with mold. The carpet was stained and dirty. The walls were speckled with whatever dirty stains they were. It was deplorable. The bathtub would not drain. I let the front desk know but apparently the maintenance tech was gone for the day. I put on some gloves and unscrewed the bath drain to reveal a hair ball the size of my fist. (How all that hair fits in there is a mystery) The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is the courtesy of the front staff. Overall, not a place to go for the faint of heart.

We reserved room 219, a suit with a king bed and two green beds, sleeper sofa and kitchen. For the money spent on this room, I was extremely disappointed with what we got. The shower head had black mold on it. The room smelled, the windows were dirty and one was even off track, there where holes in the screens, the door knobs were broke and missing the locks. One of the lights in the bathroom was out and the sliding glass door was missing for the closet. The bathroom fan was loud and annoying and the TV located in the 2 queen bedroom was not able to be used because the cable was damaged. The front desk didn't have a replacement. There were dish left in the dishwasher that were dirty. All around bad stay for me and my family. Sleeper sofa was dirty and uncomfortable.
