Came in and had to wait 5 minutes to take my order because the cashier made the call in order more priority than the person in front of his face. Your supposed to put the call on hold and take my order. Of course they put onions on my sandwich when I asked for no onions, they also forgot my pickle with the manager on the line making sandwiches. All the tables are always dirty. I like firehouse subs but everytime I come to this location they mess up the order. At least I didn’t have to ask them to remake my sandwich this time because of stale bread. Definitely took 25 minutes of my lunch break to get my sandwich though. Guess I should call in next time.

This place lets me down almost every time. They take forever to make a sandwich and are always late for the pickup time when I order through their app. They also fail to follow instructions. Today, I selected “no pickle” in the app and even made a special note requesting no pickles again. They put 3 pickles in with my sandwich. This kind of thing happens over and over again. My friend and I recently ordered our sandwiches to go from here, and we waited at least 20 minutes to get them, which seems like a really long time to make a sandwich. When we finally got them, they had made my friend’s order wrong, so she asked for it to be remade. We waited 25 minutes for that to come out, and it didn’t. She went up to the counter to ask about it, and they had forgot to even start it. 5-10 minutes later, we get the sandwich again. It’s still not made right, but we’d wasted an hour there for a to go order, so we took it and left. The food quality is good but this staff consistently underperforms and it’s really disappointing.

Second time here and will definitely be back, often! Aside from the tasty meatball sub and mac and cheese, the customer service is phenomenal! Friendly greetings, quick service, and a genuine ambience of attentiveness, all of the employees are a pleasure to interact with. Great place to dine in, thank you.
