It is important to remember that whenever someone leaves a review it is usually because they had a bad experience. However, In my case this was the easiest trip to a bank that I have ever done. They were very polite and treated me with respect. Samuel was very professional and answered all of my questions. I was in and out of there within 20 min to setup and deposit into a new checking account. Easy 5 stars.

Don't waste your time unless you are a customer. They will happily patronize you and lie to your face. How hopeless one must feel when the bank the check is drawn on will not cash it......"because you are not a customer of ours"
