Brand new store, nice lot, nice building. Could not go inside or order food. Unfortunately not set up properly for vehicular traffic; one way in one way out. No parking and no access for anyone with a trailer or a small RV. Makes me feel that because of the design of this establishment that they are only welcoming a certain type of clientele!

Love Dunkin although the young girl who handed it to me was a whole lot on the rude side. I do not know what her deal was but when she handed the Caramel Latte for the 2nd time after getting it wrong the 1st I said thank you have a great day and do you know she just looked at me with the could care a less look on her face and the walked off. Word of advice... If you are gonna work in the industry you do need some form of hospitable attitude towards your customers and a thank you and a smile goes a longer way more so than nothing at all. Guess what... It doesn't make your tips any more either. You got no tip for your service today from us and we were 3. This is the Dunkin in Palatka Florida. Thanks!!!
