I love this place!! The office ladies are just the best!! They make u feel at ease while decidimg what the best option for u is then they get ya all set up!! And they are always pleasant everytime I go in to pay my bill!!! Keep smiling ladies y'all rock!!

I am a disabled veteran who moved overseas, so I stored my property at this location. I received two rate increases within a year and was told the property holds the right to increase my rate either every six months or yearly. I obtained the smallest unit available paying about $45 monthly now just one year later I am at $85. In March 2022 I was mistakenly charged a rate of $207, once I noticed this amount I contacted the facility only to be told that it was made in error and my payment would be credited towards future months. I asked for a refund since it was not an “over payment” but an error on the part of Champion self storage. If I was not currently out of the country I would remove my items from this facility because their terms are not clear.
