VyStar began implementing a new banking system several months ago. It has been a total disaster. I have been in the information systems business since 1974 and this is by far the most incompetent job I have seen done on any implementation project in any industry during those 48 years. The part that has been the most telling however is how VyStar management obviously feels about their members based on the fact that they did not stop this disaster on the first day when it was already obvious what a fiasco it was and put the old system back in place immediately. There is so much of this new system that was obviously not tested before they stuffed it down the throats of their members that unintentional omission can't be used to excuse the problems. This fiasco has to not only cost everyone in the VyStar I.T. department their jobs but it should also cost all the 'C' level management at VyStar their jobs as well. If you are looking for a credit union that provides good service to their members and is well managed keep looking, VyStar is not what you are looking for.

No need to ever get a cashiers check again this bank has said it no better than a regular check after showing the cashiers check literaly came from a bank 5 blocks away only 15 minutes earlier they still put a seven day hold on it Bare in mind I’ve been there for ten years and I’m a 40 yr employee where I work (I’m not going anywhere) And I have a loan with them to boot Very disappointed in there system The individual you are should mean something Well I’m not impressed I might not leave this account quickly but I’m getting ready to retire and I got to have a better method 3 years and counting After talking with the staff and giving it a few days to clear they did release the check several days (4days) ahead of stated 7 working days I truly believe this review might have made a difference and my persistence I’m changing my rating from 1 to 4 I believe there’s a little more improvement available in there Thanks VyStar for understanding

The vystar hours are 9:00 to 5:00 and if it has drive thru its 9:00 i think to 7 or 8

a very low 1.00% same as chedking
If you know your member # and your password that should work. But the mobile app is bad and when i called an automated voice said 16 mins to wait to talk to a person. it was over 40 mins of waiting to complete a 5 minute, transaction.
