10/1/22 Kohls Rocky Point Larger lady with purple glasses working in amazon pickup at 1:54pm is not fit to work in customer service. Absolutely the most nasty and vile woman on the face of this earth, solely because I did not quite understand which pick up spot to go to. Had a nasty tone, and was rude, sighed because she had to get out of her chair to help me. Needs to maybe get a better job because she obviously is miserable in what she does and takes it out on somebody asking a simple question.

There were no lines today although one side of registers were closed. I did find good sales and it was quick in and out today.

There are plexiglass barriers at checkout, the carts are wiped down, all associates and customers must wear masks, there are several tables with hand sanitizer around the store and at each register, the fitting rooms are closed for minimal contact between high touch surfaces like the locks and doors of the stalls, and when people return items, the items are quarantined for three days.
