Very nice and clean and spacious units. Had everything we could possibly need. They obviously spray here and maintain the property well. There was not one single bug to be found. People were so friendly. Only downfall is walk to the beach is a quarter mile hike across the street. It is on the trolley line so that's fun! Pool is nice, they provide all stuff to use for bbqs. The screened in lanai is nice and fully sized washer and dryers in the units!

Very nice place to spend a week's vacation. Tropical Sands is a place that is well kept. It's still a nice delightful place that it has been for the last 30 years that we have owned there.

Just contact the property management company, RAL Resorts. They will be able to provide you with the availability on the times you are looking at as well as the pricing. Great place with large units. 2 bedroom, 2 bath with on-suite in the master. Washer and dryer in the unit. Full kitchen, TVs in every room.
