The Marriott in Carson City, NV is a very fine hotel. From the front lobby to the rooms are always clean, neat and well maintain. I always have my family and friends who come to visit stay right here. As a bonus, right next store is Fandango Casino, witch has 4 of the finest restaurants in Carson City. Always my go to place.

The hotel is beautiful. It was wonderfully decorated for Christmas when we were there.The staff were super friendly. My biggest issue was how loud everything is if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel as you can hear every single door close and footstep around you.

In general the location is good but that's it. The staff there was not that great. My credit card was pre-charged three times ($20, $30, and another $30) for one night stay with my free night certificate. After talking to front desk and manager on duty I was only told that this was due to machine auto charges and the charges will be returned back to me in 5 business days. They didn't know why this could happen nor sincerely apologized to meet my satisfaction. I really would like Marriott to pay more attention to customers and provide me a formal reply explaining what had happened about this charges.

It's worth a little extra to treat yourself to a truly first class experience. Great facilities, wonderful people, peerless cleanliness. The room is a showplace, the lobby is expansive and welcoming - plus, a 4 star casino right next door. My only ding would be no room service. There are 5 excellent restaurants right next door, but they do not deliver. Other than that though we were very impressed by the Carson City Courtyard by Marriott, and we will return!
