The place have entertainment, is good, but the rooms need remodelation. The water sprinkler for toddler need soft flooring, my baby fell of and scraped his feed fingers and knee.

The apartment has a bad odor, everything is very dirty, the carpets are filthy, the tiled floor is sticky and dirty. The utensils and plates and the kitchen is dirty. Do not recommend this place at all.

If your deed is with the resort directly you must get info thru mortgage services. If you call the resort main number (407-997-1600), ask for that dept. They can help.

If you are talking about upgrades then there are room upgrades to luxury rooms. Food upgrade you can add all inclusive meals then upgrade it to include all partner hotels in Cancun to get free meals in all 4 hotels they have.
Yes, as long as it's service dog they allow per the federal laws. There may be a fee associated. I would call to make sure.

They are in the process of remodeling all Buildings. There are only 2 buildings that have been remodeled currently. Sorry I don't remember which ones they are but I'm sure you can ask them. Even the ones that are not remodeled though are a step up from most places.

The welcome center is located on property and is open 24hrs. Once you arrive they will help you get checked in and give you all the info you need about the property and your stay. It is pretty easy! Have fun! Bring sunscreen! 😋

They are not a pet friendly resort because of HOA rules. Only ADA eligible service animals are allowed.
I did not give The Holiday Inn Express hotel a good review because of our experience with being woke up at 1 or 2 am almost nightly with loud talking in foyer and hallways. The rest of the resort area seemed nice, but cannot speak from experience.
My family rented a condo there last summer. I don't know if it was pre or post upgrades. However, it is a nice place that is centrally located to pretty much anything you may want to do in this part of Florida. It was reasonably priced and had some nice amenities.
Renovations may be complete but if you want somewhere clean this is NOT the place to go
