The worst air bnb experience I have ever had. Me and family was bitten by bed bugs in the house we stayed in on Peqoud. The pool house was cool but the houses are not cleaned properly. Be careful it was not a good experience for us

We went recently during the Labor day weekend the pool was clean and the lazy river was nice. The staff was rude, they cater only to Latinos and will only play Hispanic music. The bar menu had only 3 items (no wings or pizza) and it was very expensive. We didn't enjoy it and would not recommend going.

The pool is ok but there are never enough floats for the lazy river and bar/restaurant are out of most things on the menu most of the time. The staff is also not as friendly as you would hope for.

The pool area is amazing however, the staff at the front desk made it a miserable experience. The woman at the front desk was on a power trip and has zero people relations skills. This time of year it’s going to rain at some point most days and some people work all year to take a nice 1 week vacation with their families. The weather policy and the way it was communicated was completely ridiculous. Their policy is to close the pool when lightning is spotted within 10 miles AND to wait 30 more minutes after lightening is more than 10 miles away to reopen the pool. Both times our family wanted to swim, the pool was closed for hours to wait out what was just a small time of a little bit of rain. When asked what weather app they were using to make their decisions, they would not disclose the name of the app and we were told they were using “their own app” to check. The manager finally came out from a back room to communicate the policy and let us know which app they were checking (not their own app, shocking) and that the policy did not make sense to her either but she had to follow it. If it doesn’t make sense even to a fireman present at the pool with his family, then it’s a policy that needs to change.
