My first experience at Tire Kingdom. I showed up , and informed Dallas (customer service agent) that I had an unusual noise in the front end that I wanted diagnosed, he informed me it was 20.00 for the check , and if you have the work performed it would credit the bill. I also informed him that I was from out of town. I noticed right away the passion in his voice. He informed me of the company protocol , and they would call me when they found the problem. I received a call informing me that the vehicle was fine. I could not believe what I heard. Picked up the vehicle. Happy Customer Dallas is an asset to the company
